Lets understand what happens when you delete a file in windows, why you can easily recover a file even after shift+delete
If you delete a file in Windows, this file isn’t really deleted. Windows instead intentionally "forgets" where the file is located on the hard disk. It is possible to restore some of these files if they have not been overwritten on the hard disk.
Overwritten here means there should be another files created, copied to the same disk location from where a file gets deleted, other wise the deleted file recover would be more difficult or impossible in some cases.
